 260 g Self Raising Flour

SAVOURY 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH
1

You can either mix this dough by hand or in a stand mixer, food processor or Thermomix. It's usually much easier to knead in a machine as it can be quite a sticky, messy dough otherwise.

If you want to measure your ingredients rather than use a scale - you'll need 1 cup of Greek yoghurt to around 1 - 2 cups of self raising flour.

2

Add 1 cup (200g) of Greek yoghurt and 1 & 1/2 cups of Self Raising flour to your mixer. Use the knead function to bring the dough together. Depending on the consistency of the yoghurt, you may need to add a little more flour to make the dough less sticky. You'll know it's ready when it comes away from the side of the bowl.

Ideally, you should knead the dough for around 5 minutes.

3

When the dough is ready, turn it out onto a floured surface. You're now ready to use your 2 ingredient dough!

SWEET 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH
4

If you'd like to use your 2 ingredient dough in a sweet recipe, use a sweetened yoghurt instead of plain Greek. You can even use a yoghurt with fruit compote or pieces if you're going to be making a sweet recipe. How cool is that!
