This is a recipe for making homemade yoghurt in the Thermomix TM5 and TM6.

 1000 g Full cream milk
 100 g Full cream milk powder
 120 g Starter yoghurt (see recipe notes)
 40 g Sugar
 1 tbsp Vanilla paste
 50 g cream

Both the TM5 and TM6 have automatic functions to make yoghurt. They will hold the yoghurt at temperature for up to 12 hours until it has finished fermenting.

You can use the ingredients listed for a single batch, or you can double it in the larger bowls of the TM5 & TM6. You don't have to double the starter yoghurt amount, however I find that if you're doubling the recipe, 200g of starter yoghurt is a good amount and will give you successful yoghurt.
