Sourdough Cookies

Sourdough cookies are a fun and delicious way to use up sourdough discard while baking something sweet. Cookie recipes made with sourdough have a slightly tangy flavor, but they're still soft, chewy, and delicious like regular cookies. You can mix in chocolate chips, nuts, or whatever you like to make them your own. Start by baking a batch of soft and chewy Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies! Some of my favorite sourdough cookie recipes happen to be popular holiday favorites. Everyone on your gift list will enjoy a tin of homemade sourdough Biscoff cookies or fruit mince Christmas cookies!
